Quickly fixed RunDLL there was a problem starting (newest update) in 2017
How to fix it: RunDLL there was a problem starting
Click on -> Task Scheduler Library ---> and look to the side and find the name -> Vittual bubble -> right click on it and select ---> Delete -> restart the computer and see the result. --->
Go to Start -> Run -> type command -> msconfig -> Enter
And a System Configuration panel pops up and goes to the Startup Tab -> then find the name related to -> Virtual bubble -> unchecked the box ---> press Apple -> OK --- > Restart and done
