Finally, it is due to the anti maleware service executable. Go to regedit off is gone
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows Defender
Create a new DWORD (32-bit) Value named DisableAntiSpyware so that the Data value is 1
