Lingoes is a lightweight software dictionary, with features like quick look (inspired by ctril + right), plus a very rich resource dictionaries, multiple languages, the latest version 2.9.2 compatible with office 2013 is useful to look and work. I wrote the instructions for this version since installing 2.9.2

For Windows 64-bit, permanlink path would be:
C: \ Users \ PC \ AppData \ Local \ Lingoes \ Translator \ user_data \ speech
Where: PC is the name of your computer.
